In 2015 Prime Motors Limited was appointed by Zhengzhou Yutong Group to be the sole distributor for the sales, parts and aftersales services in Hong Kong.

Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. is a large commercial vehicle group whose main business is buses and trucks. Its products cover buses, trucks, special vehicles, parts and engineering machinery. In 2023, Yutong sold more than 45,000 commercial vehicles of various types, and its new energy vehicles rank first in the industry. After 30 years of development, Yutong has sold more than 190,000 new energy commercial vehicles and has become the world's largest bus and new energy commercial vehicle company.
